AAHD 2010 Membership Campaign

AAHD is launching its 2010 Membership Campaign by reducing the cost of membership to $100.00 for individuals and $250.00 for organizations and universities (includes 3 individual memberships). AAHD Membership benefits include a subscription to the peer reviewed Disability and Health Journal (hard copy and on-line access), receiving current scientific, programmatic and policy information through AAHD list serves, receiving the AAHD quarterly electronic newsletter, Health and Disability News, and benefit form AAHD representation on Capitol Hill, with federal agencies and on national coalitions. AAHD needs your support to continue to do our important work and promote the health and wellness of children and adults with disabilities at the national, state and community level through research, public awareness, education and advocacy. Please indicate on your membership form in the “Comment” area “2010 Campaign” to receive SPECIAL RATES.

AAHD is a membership organization comprised of consumers, researchers, health care professionals, policy advocates, educators and interested members of the general public. Memberships in AAHD are for one year. An elected Board of Directors that includes individuals with disabilities and professionals provides the leadership for AAHD.
