AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have submitted comments to CMS suggesting enrollee protections in ACA marketplaces. The March 6 letter is here. The Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (Task Force on Health) comments were based on the AAHD-Lakeshore comments. We will share the final CCD comments when available.
