The health, LTSS, and rights Task forces co-chairs of the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) have written the Senate asking that three important items, missing from the Senate leadership COVID-19 package, be included: ADA rights protections, Medicaid home-and-community-based services, and disability data collection.
