AAHD has joined the Disability and Aging Collaborative (DAC) asking HHS and CMS to grant at least a 120 day advance notice before ending the COVID-19 PH emergency. The letter requests that the workforce crisis in HCBS be sufficiently addressed in extending the emergency. The DAC supports the requests of the state Medicaid, ID-DD, and aging and disability directors request. Available here are the March 17 DAC and February 25 state administrators letters.
