AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities (CCD) comments, focused on Medicaid Home-and-Community-Based Services (HCBS) Access Reporting, Quality Measures, and Payment Adequacy; and including State Advisory Committees, Grievance Systems, and Critical Incident Management.
