AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined the Mental Health Liaison Group (MHLG) letter to Congress supporting the reauthorization of the SUPPORT Act (SUD Prevention That Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act). The House bill is a basic reauthorization. The MHLG letter asks that the Senate Committee on HELP additional sections be added to the final legislation. The February 9 MHLG letter is here: PDF.
