AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities (CCD) supporting legislation to establish an HHS state LTSS and HCBS options clearinghouse for persons with all disabilities (HR 670 and S. 4177). Earlier legislative versions were targeted to distinct categories of disabilities. More recent versions and the CCD letter is focused on all persons with disabilities.
