AAHD has joined the Mental Health Liaison Group (MHLG), as a member, sending a welcome letter to the House Energy and Commerce Committee. The MHLG requests reauthorization of the SUPPORT Act (a SUD and Opioid series of treatment programs), advocates continuation of Medicaid without cuts, and offers expertise and experience with federal behavioral health grants.
