AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined 93 organizations, led by the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, opposing CMS rescission of the nursing home minimum staffing rule. 18 States Attorney Generals have written CMS announcing their opposition to rescission of the rule. 7 U.S. Senators have introduced legislation to legislatively re-establish nursing home minimum staffing rules.
