AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined 23 mental health and SUD organizations of the Coalition for Whole Health, led by the Legal Action Center, submitting a statement to the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Health Subcommittee, hearing with a focus on the Medicaid Provider Landscape. CWH focused on access and treatment coverage and, in regards to claims of fraud and abuse, advocated federal-State partnerships. The March 18 statement is here: PDF.
