AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined the Independence Through Enhancement of Medicare and Medicaid (ITEM) Coalition two separate letters to CMS Medicare Durable Medical Equipment Administrative Contractors opposing restrictions to Medicare coverage of some power wheelchair seat elevation devices.
