AAHD has joined the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) Task Force on Long-Term Services and Supports, endorsing legislation (HR 5443) that would allow persons served under Section 1915 © Medicaid waivers to continue to receive support from direct support professionals when/while hospitalized.
