AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined 40 organizations with the Coalition for Whole Health (CWH), led by the Legal Action Center (LAC) submitted comments to CMS on proposed rules implementing The HR 1 Reconciliation Act limitations on Medicaid managed care state-directed payments.
