AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation have joined the Disability and Aging Collaborative (DAC) and Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities (CCD) submitted comments to CMS on proposed rules implementing The HR 1 Reconciliation Act limitations on Medicaid managed care state-directed payments.
