AAHD is a National Health Council (NHC) member. The core of the NHC are national patient organizations. AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation joined two disability coalitions (rehabilitation and habilitation) (assistive devices and technology) submitting comments to CMS on their Affordable Care Act EHB RFI (previously AAHD web posted).
