HHS Proposed Limitations of Public Comment on Proposed Rules (2) – Senate Resolution Disapproving
April 30 AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation joined over 60 organizations, led by Families USA, supporting a Senate Resolution that HHS should withdraw its policy statement limiting public comment on proposed rules. The May 1 Senate Resolution was introduced by 19 Senators. On March 11 we posted the February 28 HHS announcement and the March 7 NHC letter of concern.
