Medicare Advantage (MA) Prior Authorization Transparency (2) – S.1816 and H.R. 3514 – Additional Supporters

On May 22 we posted legislation (S. 1816 and HR 3514)  to standardize and require transparency in Medicare Advantage prior authorization.  There are additional supporters – 50 U.S. Senators; 113 U.S. Representatives; and 225 organizations, including AAHD and the Lakeshore Foundation. A list of endorsing organizations was not available on May 22. Available here is the June 9 updated list of endorsing organizations: AAHD is #24 and the Lakeshore Foundation is #98: PDF.
