House members have introduced the LINC Act (HR 6072), accompanying a previously introduced Senate bill (S. 509). The new House legislation is sponsored by Representatives Kildee (MI), Walorski (IL), Blunt Rochester (DE), and Hudson (NC). The Senate sponsors are Senators Sullivan (AK) and Murphy (CT).
