AAHD is proud to announce the launch of a collaboration with the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) and the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University with funding from the WITH Foundation. In the year ahead, we will be providing accessibility remediation and communications support for “Disability Map-it: A Medicaid Action & Policy Impact Tracker for People with Disabilities.”
This critical project will offer tools for advocates to track state-level changes to Medicaid in the roll-out of HR1, with a focus on home and community-based services (HCBS). We look forward to providing assistance with the production of plain-language materials for organizations and individuals to engage in advocacy where they live.
